(1) Note that if you have equal to the national average for black or
Hispanic, or some of the worst districts, you still have a 50% chance
of admission to UC Irvine or Davis and 71% chance of getting into UC
Santa Cruz.
(2) Only blacks with 4.00 GPA comparable to average Asians. Blacks
with grad degree parents and incomes over $70,000 are still no better
than the worst state averages.
(3) The poorest Asians still score about US average - like Seattle,
or Lowell. Average asians score as well as the 2nd best suburbs.
Blacks in even the best school districts such as Fairfax county still
score below US average. Average blacks score worse than whites with
dropout parents or income under $10,000

such as Lowell, Whitney, and Sunny Hills, and Cupertino have very
high percentages of Asian students, from 30% to 75%.
