Oh how in vain I feel all my research posts sometimes are. Blacks have
earlier puberty than Whites and Whites earlier than East Asians because
all phases of their life cycle are speeded up including age in womb, age
at first walking, age at puberty, age at first sexual experience, age of
first child, and age at death. An earlier puberty is part of an
r-selected life history. At the other extreme, the K-selected East
Asians build larger brains through a longer period of each life cycle.


Black babies are born physically more mature than White babies as
measured by amniotic fluid, X-rayed bone development, age of tooth
eruption, etc. Early puberty (given sufficient nutrition) is a
genetically organized life history that allows an earlier reproduction.
I still have copies of the Abridged Edition available that spells it all
out (with data). It cites this large 1997 Pediatrics paper.
