I met him with some other libertarians near the SeaTac airport,de
the good news is that he wants to kill all federal education
programs. The bad news is that he has no advisors on education,
and no idea what the current policies are with respect to 
Goals 2000, STW, standards based education, NSF math
and science initiative, etc, any of you activists out there who
think you can sell yourself as a potential advisor, please
contact him. It's not good enough to sell yourself to libertarians
who want to get rid of federal government, you also need to be
able to inform people _why_ these federal programs are 
harmful to education.
