Terry The Federal Way, WA school district has called in the "big guns" to facilitate a committee which will be changing the elementary schools report card. Have any of you had the privilege of working with her? She has also worked in South Africa. Facilitator: Carolyn Gellermann (her resume lists credentials in "Dealing with an Angry Public, and Dealing with Difficult People and situations." She has also taught workshops in "Change Management" and has mediated disputes in individual schools). Terry . The only black person there (I think) was a woman who is a school principal. She is 100% educrat. The acting supt. (tall guy with glasses) was sitting at a table with the mis-communications person (woman). The woman who told you you were being negative was another educrat teacher. She is the one who keeps talking about "belief systems" and wanted the grading key to be a series of circles with different areas shaded in. Definitely far out there on the "new age" scale. They all talk like robots...right out of the propaganda. Keep up your enthusiasm...Terry Arthur Hu wrote: > On 1999-06-26 tlolive@accessone.com said: > >Arthur, thanks for coming to the report card committee meeting.
