_The Raising of Intelligence_ (1986) by Herman Spitz is a little dated,
but he discusses her to that point and gives several references.  She
has been active for about 30+ years.


The book is the best published on attempts over the last 100+ years to
raise IQ.  Spitz is/was with the National Testing Service as I recall.
