to "Shall the Charter of the City of the City of Houston be amended
to end the use of affirmative action for women and minorities in the
operation..." June 18, 1998, Texas disrict Court Judge sharolyn Wood
threw out the fradulent election, said they broke the law by failing
to submit the original language.


ACRI withdraws $600,000 from US Bank because of support for racial
