These programs of necessity fall into four categories: World ecology World economy World security World population growth In 1974, Ervin Laszlo wrote a book entitled "A Strategy for the Future: The Systems Approach to World Order" (George Braziller Press, NY). In that book he explains how necessity will be the catalyst to the establishment of world government and he explains how "consensus" will be used to establish a representative democracy.
