Papers may advocate any position for all issues.  The length of your papers should be 750 to 8000 words.  Please submit papers on 3 1/2-inch floppy disk in 
Microsoft formats.  Journals are printed quarterly on the 15th of March, June, September, and December. Please allow 45 days for review and response. SUBSCRIPTION RATES ARE $60 PER ISSUE OR $185 FOR A YEAR.  We do not send sample issues under any circumstances.
