D In here it explains both sides and what the new teacher certification requirements are and they are exactly what our state is doing. Dale and Michael quote that the whole system does not need to be completely over hauled the way they say they should be. So its there critique of the new teaching standards and methods. I have not read through the entire book yet but I should let all of you know how to get this and our representatives need to look at this as well.
