FORMATIVE FIGURES \doc\web\97\09\form.txt Subject: Formative Figures Complete List! I assume! From: Dean Date: 1997/11/30 Message-ID: <348235DE.89ADC58B@usa.net> Newsgroups: alt.toys.gi-joe [More Headers] I haven't followed this Joe List too long or too often, but from what I've seen, the Formative International figures get no mention. I'm surprised since I consider them to be fantastic. Definitely worth more than the $8 they cost. Perfect sew jobs? No. Excellent selection with different (!) head sculpts and lots of accessories? YES. I believe it shames the coterie businesses out there that charge $100+ for uniforms sans figure. Is their quality better? I assume so. But still, the price difference kills me. Following is what I believe to be a complete list of figures. I hope it is helpful to those of you that collect. A 'U' by the name means I found this version as a uniform (carded) only. It doesn't necessarilly mean Formative did not release it with the figure though. A '+U' means I saw it in both versions (with and w/o figure). By no means 100% accurate. I know for a fact that I saw some WWI carded uniforms but didn't make note of which ones since I already had them with the figure. Anyone out there want to add their two cents to make this list more accurate? Does anyone know about future offerings from this company? Anyone know the WWW site or email address or regular mail address or phone number? Please? The newer stuff only seems to be available at Target. Can anyone confirm they're exclusive to them, since the older stuff was/is available at Walmart and Kmart. These are listed in the order shown on the backs of the package. I put an asterisk (*) by the figures and/or uniforms I have not had the luck of finding. If anyone out there can hook me up, I'd appreciate it greatly. Please email me privately with your (fair) offer to sell. CIVIL WAR US Lt. General US Regt. QMS-Artillery U. *US Sgt Major-Infantry CS Sgt Maj-Cavalry (Horseback) +U.
