This policy is designed to protect all our employees from unsafe sweets. Therefore, I feel compelled to reiterate our policy. Our policy is as follows: 1. Employees are encouraged to bring chocolate and chocolate based items into work. The higher the cocoa content, the better. 2. All chocolate items brought into work must be reviewed and approved by the president of the company. 3. The above review must include the sampling of a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 20% of the chocolate brought onto the premises. 4. Any chocolate that is suspect (or particularly delicious) may be retained by the president for additional, in depth, evaluation. 5. No discrimination based on chocolate preference will be tolerated. All chocolates - milk, dark, white, Swiss, etc. - are treated equally under this policy. 6. Anyone bringing fake chocolate or candies with a "chocolate-like taste" will be sent to a chocolate rehab program. 7. Inferior candies (i.e. those without a high chocolate content) will be tolerated, but not encouraged. Yours for a safer API, Larry
