I just wanted to brag that when hot wheels first hit the shelf my dad was there to do his last minute Christmas shopping. He grabbed a couple of hand-fulls and brought them home to me. I still have them. Later on I bought a sizzler when they came out, and the "gas pump" that charged it. It was a gold camaro. I no longer have the pump. I was 9 years old.
