Las Vegas is advertising and reaching out to Asian Americans


Past estimates indicate San Jose's Garden city takes in 50% of its
revenue from Asian American gamblers. The club features Vietnamese
language shows one night each week and advertises in the Vietnames
press. Southern California clubs were weak until they introduced
high stakes Asian games like pai gow and pan 9. Now the are immensely
profitable. 


Gambling is widely illegal, but is popular and rarely enforced.
